Mondo SXSW Releases today
Mondo are releasing some of their SXSW Prints online today, follow their Twitter Feed for an announcement. Here are the print details.

SXSW Posters The 2nd Batch featuring Tyler Stout, Jeff Proctor and Alan Hynes
The 2nd batch of SXSW prints see the light of day and they look fantastic. As ever these will be available at Mondo’s store and then any leftovers will appear online, happy hunting.
First up is ‘The FP‘ by Tyler Stout. The film premiers at Fantastic Fest and Mr Stout has produced this fantastically detailed print to go with it.
I’m liking a lot of the art being produced for this movie, including Jeff Proctor’s nice and gory take on ‘Hobo With a Shotgun‘ ….
Last but not least is ‘Hesher‘ by Alan Hynes.
Star Wars by Tyler Stout
Well what a way to round off the Star Wars run from Mondotees ! These prints have been widely anticipated and now they are here, satisfying fan boys everywhere ! I think these may have to be late editions to the Print of the year for 2010.
Available in regular and variant editions these measure 24″ x 36″ and have editions of 850 regular and 250 variant. Priced at $50 each regular or $100 variant. They go up for sale Friday, December 31st at a random time on mondotees.com
Tyler Stout Handbills Lebowski & The Thing !
If your into handbills then this post is for you ! A set of 3 Lebowskis will set you back $30 while the 15 Thing themed bills just $35.
Occasionally in the past i’ve included small handbills with poster orders. if you’re interested in buying a set of these, here you go.
size wise, these are about 4×5″, though a few are 4×8″. people have requested them as an entire set, so i’ve made them available here.
rather than being signed and numbered, they’re stamped and initialed on the back.
J’ai tué le photographe at Cinéma du Parc
J’ai tué le photographe (“I Killed The Photographer”) is a movie poster exhibition taking place at Cinéma du Parc in Montreal and it will run from October 1st until the 31st.
18 prints will be shown (mostly prints from the Alamo and a few from Red Vic, Castro…most of them printed within the past two years) including three new prints created specifically for the exhibition by three artists that are well known in the poster community (the details for these new prints will be revealed on October 1st).
These new posters will first be sold at the exhibition and, a few days later, will be made available online.
Some of the artists / prints featured are Tyler Stout (Let The Right One In), David O’Daniel (Clockwork Orange), Dan McCarthy (Lost World), Tomer Hanuka (The Warriors), Olly Moss (Rocky), Todd Slater (Boogie Nights) and Dave Hunter (Black Dynamite).
As part of the exhibition is a giveaway for a set of the new prints.
It is our pleasure to offer one set of the three aforementioned new prints in a random draw amongst those who will have registered their email address on the von Scaramouche mailing list before September 30th at 11pm EST . The winner will be announced on October 1st in a blog post, along with the on sale information and the full images of these new posters.
